Lana Parks, CPCU, CIC

After graduating from North Texas State University with a B.A., Lana immediately began her insurance career. After having worked on both the general agency and company side, she joined The Gainsco Companies in 1986 where she was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing. While at Gainsco, Lana obtained both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. Lana has been active locally by participating in the Independent Agents of Tarrant County, Insurance Women of the Metroplex and is past President of the Fort Worth Chapter of CPCU. Additionally, she served on the national board of the CPCU Society as a Board Governor and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas. She is also a past President of the Texas Surplus Lines Association (TSLA).

Mary's background in the insurance industry dates back over thirty years and encompasses a wide range of experience involving both underwriting commercial accounts for a large national carrier, as well as customer service and account management for various independent agencies and national brokers. In addition, she has been active as a contract instructor for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) and various other professional organizations. Mary has held many offices and honorary titles in each of these. Mary currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Chapter CPCU Society and is a past President of the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas (FIWT). She is highly regarded among Texas independent agents and has helped trained many in our industry.
LaDonna Lord

With over thirty years of experience, LaDonna has extensive knowledge of the Texas insurance industry. Born in West Texas, she moved to Fort Worth at an early age and has been a resident ever since. LaDonna joined The Parks Group, Inc. in 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial auto, garage, general liability and package business. She has worked on both the retail and wholesale side so she understands the commitment to providing excellent customer service that is timely, accurate and consistent.
Kelley Sanchez

After serving ten years in the United States Navy, Kelley began working in the Insurance Industry in 1998. She began her insurance career at Allstate Southwest Data Center as a Senior Financial Specialist where she was responsible for 500 West Coast agents. In 2000, Kelley began working for Reliant American Insurance Company in their accounting department. Kelley joined The Parks Group, Inc., in 2005 with a desire to work in underwriting, as well as accounting. She obtained her property and casualty license and continues her studies by working toward her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Kelley underwrites commercial auto, public auto and renewals for packages, commercial property, general liability and special events.
